Portal

The Portal is an entity that represents an INFast account. A portal is linked to a single company, and every company has its own portal.

Common fields

The Portal object does not include the common-fields, except for the id and lastUpdate fields.

Mandatory fields in France

INFast is primarily developed for French companies. To ensure that the documents you create are legally valid, INFast requires some legal information regarding your company. For example, users cannot generate invoices without completing their company's address.

Depending on the legal form of your company, you need to add some additional information.

To be legally able to emmit invoice, you need to provide the following information, regardless of your legal form:

  • name
  • address
  • postal code
  • city.

Limited liability company

  • SIREN
  • SIRET
  • VAT number
  • RCS city (Registre du commerce et des sociétés)
  • capital

Artisan

  • SIREN
  • RM country number (Registre des métiers)
  • VAT number (if subject to VAT)

Association

  • RNA number (Registre national des associations)
  • VAT number (if subject to VAT)

Set up your company

You can configure your company in INFast App in the module Mon Entreprise.

Linked resources

Given that requests to the INFast API are authenticated with OAuth, the API can attach the ressources that you create to your portal.

Therefore, every Customer, Document, Item, or any other entity that you create is accessible only to users belonging to your portal. Similarly, you cannot retrieve entities belonging to another portal.
